About: I am a seasoned business leader with more than 30 years of C-suite and Non-Executive experience across aviation, finance and professional services sectors, creating long-term value for shareholders.

As Deputy CEO and CFO of Ryanair for over 20 years, I was privileged to play a role in its growth to become Europe’s largest low-cost airline, building out its model across Europe to reshape the aviation landscape and set new industry standards. We experienced major phases of growth and change, including IPOs, M&A , Capital Markets, and major fleet expansions, while navigating the challenges of an industry that is exposed to global events and requires financial resilience and strategic agility. I transitioned to a NED role in 2015 and have since held roles on its Remuneration and Nomination Committees, and chaired the Executive Committee.

In addition, I am Co-Founder, ex-CEO and current NED for Sirius Aviation Capital, a global aircraft leasing business that provides asset management services to investors, including Sovereign Wealth Funds and Private Equity funds. I have also served as a NED for various institutions, ranging from Plc’s to private equity-backed ventures, and dynamic startups.
